Mission Sending of Rose

Rosalia "Rose" Basada never thought that this day of her missionary journey will actually come true.  But it did.

Few weeks before her initial missioning, Rose was a picture of happiness and excitement as she had been looking forward to the culmination of her lay mission formation through the parish mission sending.  She was envisioning that all who had been supportive of her vocation will be around to witness  this significant day of her life.  But things did not turn out the way she hoped them to be.  She had a series of challenges beyond her control which  delayed her missioning.   Rose felt sad and distraught but not inconsolable.  Her support system worked wonders that in just so short a time, she felt her dark days are finally over.

So on May 9, her parish mission sending actually happened at the Sts Peter and John Parish in Malabon City with Fr. Adrian Magnait presiding the mass. And everyone Rose wanted to see and thank for  came to rejoice and be glad with her.    See Rose's missioning pictures here.
