For 5 days starting today July 14, all lay missionaries assigned in the Philippines except Lusio Navelinikoro who is doing Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at the St. Camillus Pastoral Care Center, and Rowena Cuanico who is on four months home leave until September 15, are having their annual get-together in Cagayan de Oro. This year's gathering starts with a two days retreat and quieting of the soul, followed by another two days business meeting, then wrapped up by LM bonding through sports activities and picnic outing. Joining them too is Lay Mission Leadership Team member Fr. John Comiskey.
Let us pray for a fruitful meeting, likewise a more enlightened, enriched, encouraged, inspired and renewed Kyung Ja Lee, Marisol Rojas, Naanise Mounga, Ana Belma Flores, Auring LuceƱo, and Antonio Salas.
Offering ourselves as God’s instruments of healing, hope, love, justice, and freedom fulfilling the words of Jesus: “I came that you may have life, life to the full.” (Jn 10:10)
